I'm looking for experiences or hands-on advice from those who have used a Quantum Battery 1 with a Nikon SB-28 flash. I recently picked up a used battery and cord for a good price. I use the Quantum Turbo Z battery with my SB-28s and so far have been very pleased with the results. I don't think you need to worry about the compatibility issue.

Rick: I use a Quantum Battery 1 with my SB28 and have not had any problems at all. I recently shot a friend's wedding and was using the setup all night (4 rolls of 36 exposure film) and it worked great with fast re-cycling time. Mike Bortulin
