Which camera uses the extension .cam to store images can i edit it withPsP?

The CAM extension is used by casio cameras. The best way to get the pictures open in PSP would be to download the twain driver from their website, www.casio.com (look under the digital imaging section). Once it installs and you open PSP, and the twain section (select twain32 perhaps). The twain opns. You have a camera, folder, setup option. GO to folder, look for the images, and then they will open.
