I recently burned a VCD using CDRWin. The files were in a bin/cue format and the CD burned succesfully. However, it will not play on my DVD player. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for the help.

Have you been able to play any VCD's? Maybe your CD media could not be read by your DVD player. I have Philips DVD 750 and it does not read all the CDR burned VCD's, but at least TDK's work fine. Or broken bin/cue is other possibility.
