Does any one know what format is Moviecd.com using? It doesn't look like VCD at all. Are they Original?

Beside that, does anyone know where I can get ocx, library for by c++ to playback mpeg 2 ?

I will send you scans of the boxes to prove this if you want. It uses the AVI format BUT it is enhanced to look a little better. They call it MotionPixels technology, I call it crap. All the movies on MovieCD.com are original. They only have access to very few movies (the stuff from New Line, Trimark, and Manga Video plus movies no one else wants like Alien Autopsy). The quality is very bad unless you want to spend some time tweaking the program to get below VHS quality. Also they do not press the CDs right so some movies will not work in 12x or above drives. My CyberCity and Reefer Madness movies will not play in my 20x laptop. Even more annoying is the fact that you can not use this discs anywhere else, it only works on a PC not a MAC, VCD Player, or DVD player. You are better off sticking to VCD.

If you want to playback MPEG2 you can get PowerDVD or WinDVD.

I actually found an unopened copy of Cabbage Patch Kids "The New Kid - A Musical Adventure" from MovieCD.

You can drop me an e-mail if you want it. $5+shipping.
