I listened until Shaunti said "the banking industry is the safest place for their money". Maybe it is, but that decision should be weighed by each individual whether he/she believes his money is safe in the bank.

and I would add that your money might be in an IMF load to Russia that laundered through the Bank of New York to line Russia Mafia's pockets or corrupt Russian bankers. And Clinton will forgive the loan!
