Computer Could Cost State Millions - (HELENA) -- Glitches in Montana's new 16-and-a-half-Million dollar computer could cost the state Millions in federal funds. Workers for several state agencies say the computer has already fouled up paychecks, and is blamed for delaying payments of state bills for more than two months. Federal funds could be cut off at the end of the month when various third-quarter reports become due.

But where are those contingency plans? There are none, just as there are none (in most cases) for y2k.
Delays, delays. Isn't this what we've predicted? Somehow, people out there still don't get it. Amazing isn't it?
