Response to pope

Just out of coincidence (or Providence) I have stumbled today on a marvellous account of the man Karol Wojtyla by one of his closest collaborators. Go to http://www.insidethevatican.com/, choose "back issues" and find "December 1996", then "Interview: JOHN PAUL II'S SECRET". For a Catholic it is to bring tears.. but I don4t know if it is understandable for one strange to Catholic Faith...

Anyway, another great source is his book "Crossing a Threshold of Hope", which should be obligatory reading for everybody, Christian or not.

Response to pope

Dear Stefan, You could try http://www.zpub.com/un/pope/unpope-bio.html or you could try http://www.pope.hr/english/john_paul/biografi_eng.html These sites will give you an idea of the background of the pope and since we all are the product of our backgrounds, for whatever reason, maybe you would get to know him a little better. The best way to get information about the pope is to go to a search engine like Altavista or canada or something like aol and enter the pope's name on the search line. There are many, many sites about the pope. Ellen
