From my own and other people's experiences, I've discovered that the primary hold-up in putting together emergency supplies is usually procrastination due to being overwhelmed by the options and/or not knowing where to start. In this two-hour workshop you will learn about: Basic Emergency Supplies Food and Water Storage Quantities Needed Storage Life Storage Techniques ... even a great tortilla recipe! Easy-to-follow worksheets help you select types and quantities of food to purchase. Leave with shopping lists tailored to your needs and budget, as well as a list of co-op options and suppliers.

$10-$20 sliding scale ($15-$25 for couples)

Graton Workshops: Saturday Oct. 9th, 10am to noon Tuesday Oct. 12th, 7pm to 9pm Thursday Oct. 14th, 7pm to 9pm Yo be held at the First Baptist Church Meeting Room in Graton
