From my own and other people's experiences, I've discovered that the primary hold-up in putting together emergency supplies is usually procrastination due to being overwhelmed by the options and/or not knowing where to start. Easy-to-follow worksheets help you select types and quantities of food to purchase. Leave with shopping lists tailored to your needs and budget, as well as a list of co-op options and suppliers.

$10-$20 sliding scale ($15-$25 for couples)
