Hi! Is there any software that allows to write to 2 CDR drives simultaneously for making multiple copies under Win9X??

Yes, Padus discjuggler software can handle several CD-R burners in any one session. They can also sell you multiple duplicating units. I have no experience with this feature myself. You can read all about it at the web site: 'http://www.padus.com/'
