A Comprehensive Global Analysis...

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

I've just completed a comprehensive and up-to-date global economic impact analysis of the Millennium Bug. After 200,000 posts and millions of words on this forum, I thought it was time to consolidate it into a simple graphical analysis. You can quickly see the anticipated impact on a country-by-country basis. You be the judge...

Nice programming, but seems a bit "buggy" ;^)

I clicked on countries and nothing happened. Bugs are cute! Or is that it? Just a cute joke that I didn't get? Taz

Oh too funny - thanks for the chuckle!!!

Nice work, PNG. It took me a while to figure out that if you run your cursor over a critter, it disappears, only to be replaced by many others. Also it is a very kewl map, with GDP represented by size. I would love to see this kind of map representing imported goods. I believe a country's dependency on imports will decide its survival in the coming months.

Actually PNG,

The Access Forbidden response is also globally appropriate.
