Nice effect of the waves....But in my opinion I find the sky distracting. I would crop it out and focus on the misty wave.

This is very effective. The composition is well balanced (I have to disagree with Bill about the sky, when I cover up part of it the photo looks off balance). The almost monotone blue cast suggests cool waters, cool night. The exposure adds movement and drama. Well captured! Donna
