Is there a list on the web somewhere of cars that won't be affected by y2k? Thanks!

To the best of my knowlage, the Eagle Talon is the only car affected by y2k. http://catless.ncl.ac.uk/Risks/19.68.html#subj4 If its really an issue, you can probably unhook the battery, which should reset the clock

It took Ford and Nissan over a year before they were able to send me a Y2K compliance letter for my car. Neither company headquarters would send me the letter without me first telling them my Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and what accessories I have on the car.

Ford scared me by first telling me that my car's VIN was in a list of non-compliant cars. But it turned out the person at Ford HQ had entered my VIN incorrectly into their computer.

Don't trust an answer from your local car dealer or service station unless they can back theiri answer up with an official letter that references your VIN.

Have you checked the site http://www.y2k-cars.com They offer a kit to find out the status of your car. My company got one for each of the company cars, It worked out well for us. Good luck
