I cannot get pictures downloaded to mt PC from my JVC GR-AXM710 camcorder. It has Picture Navigator software, but I constantly get an error message saying no connection. I can't get through to tech support. Any ideas?

I am having the same problems connecting the camera for communications. They seem to be saying to me that 1) it is not able to communicate with a WinNT4 system 2) it will not work as a Twain device.

If you find anything that will help me connect it to my NT system, I would love to hear back from you. You can email them at info@jvc.ca and that is who I have been in touch with. I will not be giving up on this one yet
