I assume that an MPEG decoding card is connected to your video card through a pass-through cable. But I also have a voodoo2 3d card which also uses a passthrough cable. Will i still be able to use the mpeg card using 2 pass-through cables?

It worked with mine. I had the 2D/3D card hooked up to the Voodoo, then the Voodoo to the MPEG card. I only had this up for about a day, cause I then sold my Voodoo to get a Voodoo Banshee, which is 2D/3D. I now have the Voodoo Banshee hooked up to the MPEG card, then to the monitor, but you should still ask the card maker.
