Mac, I am a member and just read the article. Some points of interest:

In spite of a great industry with a good future and option pay there are some "yellow flags".

9 insiders $100,000,000 since january.(ATT)

Also selling are Advanced Fibre Comm-ADC Technologies-Powerwave comm. insiders. There is probably information available elsewhere.

Also Audiovox insiders selling recently. Unusual

I would like to say that I have been a member of the Street.com for almost 3 years and I am a satisfied customer. If I am going to use some of the info, they deserve a plug.

That might explain why a former AT&T VP is going to ride out the rollover at his new Montana complex with all his family. Of course, I thought he just really liked Montana.

You never know who'll you'll meet in a wedding party! A doomer, even.

Funny, though. He said Y2K was not going to be a big deal. I wonder why...

Friend of mine talked to a VP at ATT closely assoc. with their Y2K project. He says to her, what would happen to your 911 services if you had gridlock in LA due to Y2K traffic light probs. Says she, "why i never heard that....where'd you hear that...."

LA ain't my kinda town..there ain't no gold and ....
