Retirement Updates: As most of you know, BASF (Chemical Company where Frank works) will be closing their doors at the end of year 2000. Frank will have 38 years with the company in 2000 and will be 60 on July 4th of that year.

While he will be o.k. with his pension, severance and vacation until he is 62, it has still been his home away from home for many years of his life.

Linda has officially put in for the early retirement incentive from the State, having worked for them 20 years. As of August 6, this year, I've been working 40 years in the banking, health, travel sectors, to name a few. I've joined up with a couple of employment agencies and have decided to use my skills in a temporary to full-time status. This means that I will work on temp jobs until and when a good match happens for full-time. Want to enjoy being a grandma more, do more sewing and "Creative Memories" scrapbooking.

Looks like some BIG changes ahead for the Waddington's. But change is good (most of the time!). Best wishes to both of you!
