OK clothing and accessories

Let me just come right out and tell it like it is: Style is important.

There you have it. That being said, I was curious about what other OKers thought about the possible acquisition of club clothing and other accessories, ie., whether there's any general interest in obtaining articles of official OK clothing. In the past we've pooled our resources and bought such things as OK singlets and they really are nice to have. They can look stylish and turn non-OKers green with envy because they know it is something they can never have! As the years go by OK clothing becomes a collectors' item.

Some of this stuff might be had on the cheap, especially if bought in bulk, or if we arrange for a large-scale printing of logos (or whatever) on clothes. I'm willing to investigate a bit of this (or at least start looking around). A few things I've thought of would be headbands, running singlets, toothbrushes, running shorts.

Any thoughts?

Put me down for at least one toothbrush. Let me know when the catalog is published.

I am interested in some new OK duds. My personal preference would be for some type of OK jacket -- something that could be worn before and after an event.

If there are people interested in getting O' suits, we can probably put another order together. Jeannie Walsh makes nice suits and can get colors that are very close to the current suits. Her suits are made out of Supplex and appear to be very high quality. I think she will also do small quantities

Great. Let us know what you find out. I'll put some sort of note in the next OREAD (which will probably be written over the Labor Day weekend). Great.
