wringers anyone?

Anyone know of a good source for clothes wringers? I'm NOT talking about the kind that attach to a mop bucket, but rather a sink or counter...industrial kind?

Yes indeedy! I bought 3 wringers from sellers on Ebay auctions. They were in good condition, antiques, work well. Just needed a little cleanup. Very sturdy, attach to side of tubs or buckets with 'C' clamps attached to them. Also bought 1 glass and 1 metal washboard.

Prices vary, mine were $8.00 - $40.00 - www.ebay.com

There is a commercial car wash dealer that sells wringers and such to the public but I don't remember the URL. I just looked it up at the Dogpile search engine. Hope this helps

I am not affiliated with this site in any way other than to have ordered from them for personal use - Go to www.lehmans.com - here are the two listings they have for wringers:

Good Hand Wringer: An excellent value. Two top-mounted wing nuts set tension for rollers. Rustproof, powder-coated steel frame, plastic water board. Clamps open to 1 1/2 in. 3 in H x 14 1/2 in W with 12 1/4 in x 1 1/2 in rolls, 9 lb, one year warranty; #38150; $ 119.00 Best Hand Wringer Heavy duty construction for everyday use. One top-mounted adjustment knob sets tension, so pressure is evenly distributed. Rustproof, all steel frame; waxed, maple bearings; reversible water board. Clamps open to 1 3/4 in. Same wringer sold with washer #JHW. 8 1/2 in H x 15 in W with 12 in x 1 7/8 in rolls, 15 lb; #HW; $ 165.00

I know that the BEST hand wringer is currently back ordered - should be in early-mid Sept The direct link to the exact page for the wringers is as follows: http://secure02.ecommercesoftware.com/cgi- bin/ncommerce3/CategoryDisplay?cgmenbr=12426&cgrfnbr=32845&FROM_CAT_RE F=12868

Hope this was helpful....

We bought a wringer from this company--the wringer seems to be high quality. Price is under $100 including shipping: http://www.sky.net/~dynajet/bl38.html
