I did get question the secrecy of contingency planning and methods used to verify readiness. But, as soon as my question was asked, they disconnected before I could talk about nuclear plants. I missed the answer too. What did he say?

Basically he said there were understandable reasons [surprisingly he didn't use the "T" word] for keeping details about electric utilities and their contingency plans secret, but that the Utility should be able to tell you they're working on it and they have back-up plans. Yippee.
