This is not your typical butterfly portrait, and I like it very much. Great exposure, sharp focus and nice crop. I love the expression of the butterfly, I rarely see them looking straight at the camera. Great shot! Donna

All it needs is a big bite out of the leaf that its "arms" around to give it the sort of "caught-in-the-act" feel.

As it is, it has a comic feel to it. Great image!
