Just wondering if there are any reviews on the Casio QV-8000SX. I have been shopping for a camera for about three months and this one seems to have everything that I want. However, I'm not too familiar with Casio products. I like the 8x optical zoom along with the USB interface. The only obvious gripe is the somewhat low 1.3 Megapixel resolution. However, the 8x zoom should more than make up for the resolution! It also is apparently threaded for 43mm filters and lenses. Any information you could provide or direct me to would be greatly appreciated.

Todd, I bought the QV-7000SX last Christmas & love it. I had to get used to not having a view finder, but now I'm very comfortable with it. Seeing the improvements now offered in the QV-8000SX, I'm considering upgrading. I was looking for a review also, especially one that might compare to its predecessor. But, if it has all the attributes of the 7000, with a little more, check out the reviews on the 7000.
