10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Downtown Concord (Todos Santos Park)

Arts & Crafts Food Booths, Fun Activities Music, Wine, Microbrews and More...

FREE TO EVERYONE (Presented by the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce)

*The City of Concord has paid the $350.00 booth fee for this event and has asked us to man the booth and distribute their flyers along with our Y2K related materials. Contra Costa 2000 will use this event to gauge the current public interest level in Y2K issues. The future role of Contra Costa 2000 will be influenced by the responses we get from the public over this weekend. Please contact Daren to discuss the way we plan to present ourselves as a group during this event.

Booth Setup

Daren will set up booth at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. (Booth must be setup by 9:30 a.m.)

No resources will be provided by the City so we will need to provide our own table and any other materials. I have a table and will hang our sign from it. I may bring a rolling TV table and present videos depending on availability of power.

Anyone who wishes to present materials at our table must contact Daren to make arrangements for your materials to be included in the original setup on Saturday. Daren: (925) 673-1257 or TryChange@aol.com
