Started a new TBY2K category: Military/Pentagon Papers/Hot Topics (New)

Frankly for three reasons.

1) Several posters requested it.

2) There are almost 100 threads devoted to the topic.

3) Scott Johnson, Editor of the Y2K Today web-site, felt our forums involvement in the story warranted the first ever link, from his site to ours.

The main problem I saw is that Scott, and I know other media interested people were and will, have a hard time wading through all the off topic and troll kinky threads. (Some of those posts are just a tad embarrassing for the wider world).

In the future, whenever we have a major kafafull over and issue, of a similar nature, we can always start a sub-category, to point visitors towards.

If you could just every now and then, keep an eye on the new sub-category and see that the troll-types dont post crap there (threads can be easily re-assigned), Id appreciate it.
