He's off the grid so he doesnt know its ok. Kinda like those stories of vietnamese fighters who were in the jungles for 20 years and didnt know the war was over.

Poor fella, hope he has enough Spam.

Of Tinfoil TEMPESTs greatest hits from yesterday, this was my favorite...

This is just too important to let one or two people shut me up. Here is my post my warning to all! Please take heed!

Shut down all appliances. Trip the breaker to your house. When the GPS system crashes at midnight power is going start fluctuating. Without proper synchronazation, there will be meltdowns and rolling brownouts/blackouts!

This navy paper thing stinks to heaven! it is a DISTRACTION so we will fall prey to the disruptions! Separate yourself from the grid NOW!

Batten down the hatches, the roughest ride in history begins at the stroke of twelve!

Seems that the rest of the Tinfoil Army is quiet this morning. Why do you think that is?

-- Y2K Pro (y2kpro1@hotmail.com), August 22, 1999.

Well "For", since I believe you ARE Tempest...a polly working with "Pro" to disrupt and manipulate the forum, why don't you feel free to answer your own request?

Not Buying Into......

Acually, I am a long-time middle of the road GI that finds 'extreme doom' views to be much more harmful to preparedness than the polly's out there. I suspect that Tempest was a short lived handle and may never be seen again. Y2K Pro comes off as highly educated when compared to these type of fools.

Y2K Pro is nothing more than a smart ass arrogant asshole. I know he will starve to death in 2000!

-- Y2K ready (Y2K@ready.com), August 22, 1999.

For: Like we doomers have control over the polly's? In what way are we being harmful? Is asking people to prepare being harmful? FEMA, the Red Cross, utilities, etc., are telling people to get ready. These entities have worse-case scenarios and they train extensively for diasters. Why aren't you calling them doomers? People in Texas rushed out yesterday and today and bought supplies for the hurricane that's ready to pounce on Texas. They were warned and heeded the warning. Some can see a disaster and some can't, the later are just ignorant pollys.

-- bardou (bardou@baloney.com), August 22, 1999.

bold off.

I suspect Y2KPRO was TEMPEST. I also suspect Y2KPRO of taking the handle Gary North and setting up the website www.garynorth.com. He then makes all these riduculous conclusions based upon a stacked collection of links. He does this to make all GI's look foolish.

What part of 'extreme' doom did you not understand. You are a perfect example of a super-charged mouth running from a blown engine. Yap,yap,yap....all air!!

-- For (your@info.com), August 23, 1999.

So it didn't happen! Big fucking deal! Where is the harm in being prepared? Why do the damn pollys even give a shit about people who want to live independant?

So this turns out to be nothing. It was GREAT to test out my stuff. I WILL be ready for January. The stupid pollys can't say the same. I will do the same run through on September 9th. You pollys want to taunt me about that to? I could give a flying fuck!

Y2Kpimple you can fuck off and die as far as I care. Why do you give a shit that people want to help and protect others from harm? If you don't get YOUR shit together you will be DEAD on the first of the year. It won't hurt my feelings you did it to yourself.
