Nikon CP950: preset aperture & shutter

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Imaging Resource Discussion : One Thread

I have installed the new release 950V1.1 without further problems. But my most important wish is not yet fixed with it. I am really not able to work properly with the presetted shutter or aperture function (means A- or S-mode in M-REC position). Just so it is not possible to shift the exposure. Sometimes it works but mostly not. I have no idea, I tried different things, e.g. different ISO levels, serial/continous shooting, flash/no flash etc. etc. Could it really be, that NIKON is obvisouly not in position to do this function right? So my questions: Is anybody there with the same problem? Or is anybody there who knows a way or a trick? I would be very happy on each positive answer. Best regards, Mathias

Do you mean you are not able to manually adjuest the aperture settings? If so, once you have selected the "A" option press the "mode" button again for one second then use the wheeel on the front to make the adjustment.

The 'S' mode (Shutter priority) does not work if have 'Sensitiviy on'! Turn it off.
