i am making a page whit a navigation bar, when i made the nav. bar i put a link on it and tried the link out, now i can open that link on every way except that it comes at the infopage so i mean: how does such a nav. bar works!!!???

Answers

You need to include the "target" attribute to your link tags, such as:

my page

and you need to change your index.html which has the frame set on it, to have a "name" attribute in the frameset tags.
