We held the Y2K Dinner #3 last evening. Twenty people e-mailed that they were coming to the dinner, seven attended. Two people were new to the group.

Tom Villeneuve, of New England Storehouse (http://www.mv.com/ipusers/nestorehouse/index.html) a New Hampshire preparedness supplier and GI came, passed out price lists, and discussed a broad array of topics from the grain and bean market, Oil lamps, water wells, solar energy, chickens, generators and general preparedness.

Our next planned dinner meeting will be held on Tuesday September 7th, 1999 at 6:30 pm location to be announced.

Hey you New Englanders, NYC is a scant 4 hour drive from Boston. Why not hop on down to the gathering this Saturday evening? Heck, a couple of us are driving up from Virginia for the festivities!

NYC Get Together

Party hats will be provided.

Bingo - Supply the t-shirts and a location in Connecticut, and you might have a deal!

Sorry I couldn't make it after all. Extreme cash flow problems at the moment and have to mind every penny for a bit. I did meet Tom up in Peterborough though and bent his and Dan's ears with the usual topics. Fine gentlemen to deal with-and a privilege to know.

What a surprise, someone showed up to try to sell stuff. There's a first for a Y2K gathering.
