Yes, we are going to bring in the Russians to patrol Florida during Y2k rollover, havent you heard?. You know, Russian troups would work so well in Florida what with their lack of english, no money, poor training, etc.. Oh and the Chinese and Koreans will control California, its all been planned and it makes sense because those countries will not have Y2k problems but we will so we need to have their armed troups patrolling our streets to round up "dissenters" who wont eat gruel or pray to King Klinton. But of course the Militias probably told you all of this and you are likely to be getting cases of bullets ready for 1/1/2000 when all those blue berets come streaming into Idiotville, USA. Oh the country will benefit so much from overtaking the US with this new hodge-podge of lame international troups. Killing the economy and putting terror into the hearts of everyone is the master plan. Yes, thats the New World Order that makes sense when we talk behind closed doors. Go back to your favorite Aryan web site for all the latest hard hitting factual information.

YA know, UN-BOY, if'n y'all were to open yore mind JEST a TOUCH, and READ what was written, and WHERE IT CAME FROM, you might have to work on the cognitive disonance, so, just dismiss this out of hand. Don't read Anan's statements elsewhere, and don't even CONSIDER that someone might want to re-align things from nation states to something different, with a government of benign despotism disguised by councils and such......

There are 4,000 Russian Realtors in Dade County, FL according to a St Petersburg Times story earlier this year or last year. You might find the story by searching archives at .

Do you suppose there, just possibly, could be an ulterior motive?

-- FL boy (russianspotter@FL.com), August 13, 1999.

Name calling...your too smart for us unboyyyyyyy. People should NEVER consider alternatives or get several sides to stories. Who does rambo think he is? How dare him think for himself and explore different scenario's.

Hmmmm...Let's see. If rambo's a aryan nut for posting this thread, then by your superior intellectual deduction you must be the opposite. Let's see....Hmmmm. Are you a Black Panther.

You see how pathetic your prejudicial sophmoric judgement's can be?

-- CygnusXI (noburnt@toast.net), August 13, 1999.

try www.sptimes.com.

P.S. It seems that no matter where one goes in the St.Pete, Clearwater area there are people speaking English with Russian accents. At the gun counter in Wal-Mart, The skeet and trap range, the shopping malls. In fact, a very beligerant and demanding guy at the range a few months ago. Manager acknowledged that he was Russian.

Rambo is just a good old boy who believes in "give me Liberty or give me death" and Lord help those who push to far.

-- rambo (rambo@thewoods.com), August 13, 1999.

UN Boy,

It's not surprising that the Tinfoils would support this sort of illogical, white wing rant. Just another in a series of crackpot issues that have been given slavish attention by the Doomers. Poison Contrails, white UN trucks, concentration camps for Tinfoils, the illuminata/NWO, Bildebergers(sp?) pollys paid by the government, government controlled media, etc, etc.

Despite the idiocy of this document, the tinfoils and their legion of tabacky chewin, trailer park livin' inbreds will continue to believe.

"People who want to survive Y2K should be prepared to kill."

Unboy, looks like you have a racist friend in itscoming. hope you two can get together and swap your racist views in a more "private" setting.

-- Cyg- (noburnt@toast.net), August 13, 1999.

What terrible arrogance and ignorance in your statement "Despite the idiocy of this document, the tinfoils and their legion of tabacky chewin, trailer park livin' inbreds will continue to believe. 'People who want to survive Y2K should be prepared to kill.'"

In all my time of reading the intelligent, well-thought-out posts of the major posters here, I have never once seen one by anyone who could be so described! How would you describe yourself, in contrast, pray tell? Please do get lost! WHY do you bother to come to this forum to disrupt others' discussions with your pompous drivel?!

-- Im A Regular Here (Notforyou@to.know), August 13, 1999.

ImARegular:

Y2K Pro is a cowardly little pu**y. He/She was mouthing off in the Australian gun forum and I challenged him to support his mindless nonsense with action. Go check out the Australian gun control thread. You'll see. Never did get a response back from him/her/it.

So don't worry about Y2k Wannabe Pro. Chicken**its run when someone challenge them to back their words up with action. The challenge still stands pro. I will pay for a limo to drive you from O'Hare Airport to some of Chicago's more 'challenging' areas for a nighttime unarmed stroll. If the residents should be unarmed in these areas, so should you.

-- cynic (cynic@skeptic.com), August 13, 1999.

Y2K Pro,

Explain the cases of Switzerland and those States here that enacted concealed carry laws. Then explain what has happened to the armed crime rates in Australia since their guns were, for the most part, taken out of the picture. The damned lies-er-statistics sited by gun- grabbers is bogus in extremis! Can't be confusing those grabbers with the truth now can we?

JJ

Doesn't change the fact that behind all of your topic-changing talk is nothing more than a chicken**it.

-- cynic (cynic@skeptic.com), August 13, 1999.

You never answered my question in the Australia thread, pro. Where were your lousy police when Reginald Denny got the **it kicked out of him during the King riots? Reginald didn't have to wait for Y2k, did he?

-- cynic (cynic @skeptic.com), August 13, 1999.

And pro, you forgot to mention Rwanda, which had gun control. Nice results there, eh? Don't give that crap about death-justifying talk to me. Gun control sure worked well in Rwanda.

-- cynic (cynic@skeptic.com), August 13, 1999.

Okay. I'll step up on the platform, target on my chest, and clearly proclaim it: I am one of those liberal pinko limp-wristed one worlders. Take your best shot.

Well, not really. The administrative nightmare that would result from any one central point trying to govern the entire world makes it impractical. IMHO, most of what is seen as conspiracies, is actually just the bumbling and misinformed atempts at trying to run just one country from a single point.

However, I do think we need an organization like the U.N. to mediate disputes and keep us from all blowing ourselves up. In it's 52 year history, it hasn't always been a perfect solution, but I think it's done rather well, considering how far apart some of it's member nations are, in their viewpoints. Nothing succeeds like success. I mean, we're still here, aren't we?

Besides, the U.N. is lucky if it can get enough consensus to adjourn their meetings, let alone decide on a course for world domination. I can see it now - "we'll run it from Moscow!" - "No, we'll run it from Brussels!" - "No, Damn it! London!". The "empire" would crumble before it ever got off the drawing boards.

The thing that makes the whole argument really absurd, though, is that no one really WANTS to be a part of the U.N.. Member nations all pay lip service to it's noble aims, but they all regard it as one big pain in the ass. Everyone belongs, because to not do so, would give the moral high ground to their rivals.

I think our own government revealed where it's sympathies really lie, with the recent actions against Yugoslavia. We didn't go thru the U.N., because that way we didn't have to deal with the Russians or the Chinese or any of the more contentious Moslem nations. We're Europe Junior, so mostly we just want to hang out with the Europeans, and the hell with everybody else. So the actions were done via NATO

No. Sorry. There maybe somebody out there with aspirations for world domination, but it isn't the U.N.

Y2k Pro:

Like I've seen you do so many times in other threads, you sidestepped the issue of my challenge. The challenge was to see whether you would allow yourself to be exposed to risks others are exposed to in troubled urban areas. You would have people in troubled areas to be disarmed, unable to defend themselves. The real issue was whether you yourself would have the guts to face the risks they face everday. In refusing to take the challenge, your cowardice is confirmed. I love it when gun control elitists like yourself won't take the risks that people who live in these neighborhoods take. Your hero must be Sharon Stone, who keeps her armed guards and expensive security while turning in her puny revolver.

Let's talk about Buford, why don't we. Before the shootings he had already violated a number of gun laws. If your law enforcement is so great, why wasn't Buford in jail? Your precious law enforcement allowed someone who should have been locked up to commit the shootings. Why wasn't he?

Hey UN boy:

If you love the UN so much, why don't you prove it by volunteering to serve in its Kosovo peacekeeping force?
