Okay, i'm sure people have asked this before, but how many of you acually have written fanfics? I know of one person who wrote a 3rd season fanfic, and two people who wrote 2nd season deaths. The reason i'm asking this? I want to get my own aeon flux fanfiction site up, and I really want people to contribute. (Oh yes my writing is mature tonight, that's the lasy time i stay up 'till 4...)
Ja ne!(What DOES that mean?)

I think you may want to hurry over to the Yahoo Aeon Flux Club where there are 50+ examples of an ongoing story.

Um, there's a second season death I wrote in this forum somewhere... And it's Japanese for (more or less) "so long".

I wrote a 3rd season script about a year ago. It's a bit short, and probably needs more editing, but for what it's worth you can find it at:http://www.princeton.edu/~cmmartin/script.htm
Best o' luck with the site!

Ja ne -- loosely translated does mean "so long" in Japanese. It's definitely informal. A literal translation to English is pretty difficult. "Ja" is a contraction of "de wa". "de wa" means "exists as", and "ne" is a sort of non-word expression which is used to elicit agreement. So I suggest that it literally means, "there it is, isn't it?"But it's used as a farewell between friends.
