i have a mono mpg file, and need to burn it to vcd, easy cd creator rejects the file, im guessing cause its mono, how do i re-encode the audio to stereo?

Answers

I believe Xing's MPEG Encoder will automatically do this if you re-encode the mono MPEG to a NTSC VCD MPEG.
