I am using Videopak (i dont like any other video cd authoring application so please dont tell me to use anything else) and I need to know how to burn an mpeg that is more than 650mb on a 74min CDR disc using Videopak (my cd recorder can't overburn by the way).

Please help me!

Where does one get VideoPack? I can't find it anywhere. How much is it? What can it do above and beyond Adaptec's Easy CD Creator VCD Creator? I've made menu-driven VCDs with Easy CD Creator that work great..

I ran into the same problem Mr. VCD. The only solution I found was to buy 80min CDR's. Oh yah....I also obtained a copy of WinonCD which actually reads the available disk space on a 74min CDR(anywhere from 656Mb to 658Mb)...HAH! Just had to throw that in there! My CDR won't 'overburn' as well.
