The Senate Hearing on Utilities' Y2K Preparedness originally scheduled for August 4 has been changed to an Electronic - virtual hearing only. Testimony should be posted on the on website by Aug. 6th. URL is: http://www.senate.gov/~y2k/
The second quarter Electric Utility Y2k readiness assessment report is
still scheduled for Tuesday August 3 at the National Press Club. The
event starts at 9:30 AM. - Jon
