The CBS Sunday morning segment that was to have aired a couple of weeks ago except for being preempted by the media excess following the loss of JFK Jr is scheduled to show this coming Sunday morning. http://www.cbs.com/flat/story_62643.html

I just caught the beginning of the program. They say the segment on Y2K is coming up later this hour.

It's coming on after the commercial break (Eastern time).

I tuned in about 10 minutes late, and 10 minutes later it was over and had moved on to snow in a museum.

I just caught the end of it. Some guy saying that his neighbor would probably shoot an elk this winter, and he would like to trade some meat for firewood. Nice sunset at the end. Looked pretty typical. Obviously a pretty canned piece.

Oh well...

It was about a 15 minute segment most of which dealt with Ashland Oregon. Same old same old !!

Saw it... thanks all for the heads up.

Decent job but not very Y2K compelling. Much rather be living in Ashland, Oregon though. Even Koskinen was his usual upbeat almost no-problem because there wont be any national show-stoppers self. He concern is the local areas that arent paying attention.

Complacency is just as big a problem as over-reaction. Right, John.
