Hi Ed, Glad you're back (sort of)

I was beginning to get worried!

I finally figured out what you meant by "Hi Ed, glad you are back". Wouldn't it been more educational to tell the forum that Ed Yourdon's site is up and running again? These kind of guessing games, along with all the trolls, are driving me nuts. I have only so much time to spend on the forums and get hightly resentful when even a minute gets wasted trying to figure out what the hell someone is talking about or what his agenda is. Don't mean to come down like a brick on you, I know you are well intentioned and not a troll. Where's that bottle of valuim. Sorry for the tirade, but us lurkers need to vent now and then too. Wish they would form that other pass word forum and deliver us from the trolls.

As opposed to wasting several minutes writing this stupid flame???

There's only a few more months, Sara. Then you'll have a lot more to worry about than confusing posts in TB2000.

Hi Sara,

I think Dick was refering to the posts made by Ed last week. For example... <:)=

Ed Yourdon - "I'm back"

"Bottom line: I'm back, and for better or worse, you'll be hearing more from me than you have in the past two months. But I'm focusing on a different aspect of Y2K than before, and a different perspective than this forum currently has. Stay tuned...."

Hi Richard! You original you.

Eds web-site is back up at...

http://www.yourdon.com/

...after changing to a new ISP. You can also always click through to it under the Publisher link at the top TBY2K forum level.
