Good morning, folks.

I'm drafting a letter on our current company situation regarding Y2K to the owner.

Now, we have a Merlin Phone system. I know of and have warned her of the lawsuit that was (is?) in progress. She has been *verbally* assured by her local rep that "everything is OK".

Does anyone have any links to current information?

All help is appreciated.

I'm interested in this also. I didn't know there was (is) a lawsuit over Merlin systems.

We have a Merlin Legend system with Merlin Mail.

Here is what I found. I need to call our local Lucent rep and find out our exact release levels.
