How to rise the muscle in my arms?

Hi, my name is Royson, I'm from Indonesia and I'm 22 years old with the weight 64kg and height 171cm. I like to rise my muscle expecially in my arms so I'm doing the wrist curl, reverse curl, biceps curl, triceps extensions etc. That was happens for two months but why my arms muscle wouldn't rise? Roy,lifting weights is only a small part of it.What kind of diet are you on?Supplements? i recomend if you want mass try 1.5 gr.of protien per lb of lean body wt.2.5 gr carbs per lb,and .8gr of fat,this should get you started,you can play with this a little just no junk food.and stick to a good workout program 3-4 times a week,and try to work each body part at least once.
