COLOR BALANCE IS LEANING TOWARD MAGENTA OR RED. PROCESSED IMAGE USING 4.5 AND NOT GETTING NATURAL COLOR APPEARANCE WHEN PRINTING ON CROMA 24. SAME IMAGE NOT PROCESSED WITH 4.5 AND PRINTED ON HP 1120C IS GREAT. HELP!!!!

Are you using Encad's GS Inks. HP Does a lot better at natural looking colors (right out of the box)
