Anyone heard of International Monitoring? There's been a few press clippings recently by them and I wondered how they are coming up with the stuff they say. Now I know a bit more.

It's very interesting, and reminds me of my high school probabilility & statistics classes. This may be one of the first Y2K-modeling frameworks I've come across, aside from that Circle Of Dominos I saw a while back (that seemed rather flawed in general, so of little real significance)
