How to print more than one image on one sheet

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Imaging Resource Discussion : One Thread

I just purchased a Nikon Coolpix 950 and have been fooling around with the HOTSHOTS software that came with it. Is there a way to print several DIFFERENT images on a single piece of paper? If so, then how? Can THE PICTUREWORKS/HOTSHOTS software (help me with the terminology here!) invert a picture I've taken of a negative to produce a positive picture? I'm on a PowerMac 7200. Thanks. Any other tips to this novice user would be appreciated!

I'm using a program "Photo Assistant 98 Light" that allows you to put as many pictures on a sheet as you want. It works great for me. I use it to print all of my pictures.

You can find it at "www.easytek.com". They have a downloadable version that has the word "DEMO" in the middle of each picture but it gives you the idea as to how it works. You can size each picture individually or set up to have all pictures the same size and you can fill the entire usable area. This one might work well for you.

Sorry, I don't know about the Hotshots software, but Iomega (makers of the Zip drive) have a free software program called, oddly enough, "Iomega Photo Printer" which allows you to print any number of prints of many sizes on a single sheet. It's pretty good considering it's free.

The ArcSoft's PhotoPrinter does a good job as well. It is provided free with purchase of Lexmark 5700 series of printers (Version 1.0). The new V2.1 is available with many nice features. I do recommend this program.

You won't find a better program or better real-time support for a lower price than Mike Chaney's Qimage Pro program. It is only $30 to register for lifetime free upgrades. You can download a trial version from the web site:
