Nice shot Larry. You are either a lot braver with your equipment than I am, or you chose not to use the proper vessel for traveling on that river...not that I can blame you on that point though. An inner tube, 72 degree water and a Nikon don't sound like a good mix.

Great shot! Wish I'd been there.

Some may fuss over the bright patch in the background on the upper right -- people have fussed over similar small hot spots in my shots -- but I find this a happy reminder that this is a "found" shot, not one that was put together in a studio with total control over lighting and background.

You were there, and to get this angle and composition, you had to accept some compromises. Fine with me.
