Is it possible, oh wisened ones, for any network of grids to 'un-network' the grid temporarily to dissolve the possibilty of 'multi-station' shutdowns? Would this cause more problems than it could prevent? This is basic troubleshooting to me, but the intricacies of the util. ind. are alien to me.
