I have a wooden bottle, its about 10 inches tall, has a corked top and the bottom is sealed with wax. My grandfather previously owned it, it was passed down to my dad, and then after my dad passed away, it was given to me. I cannot find any information about wooden bottles anywhere. There are two stories how my grandfather came to own the bottle. One is that he traded something for it from an indian, and the other is that a missionary gave it to him. He was in the first world war in France--I thought maybe he may have picked it up there. If any one has any information about wooden bottles it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
