Is NERC doing it to "us" again? Here is the URL for a peice put out by Y2Knewswire. Even if the newswire has something to gain from the news, if it's true, NERC is yet again playing everyone for suckers!

Rick, any comments? Even if the utilities are doing ok, NERC is making them look very devious.

One man's collusion is another man's "boiler plate". The NERC document saved me a lot of time in getting a draft letter to the attorneys in time to make the NERC reporting date. And no, we did not use the wording verbatim. This process was a formality. The meat was in the June reports.
