In a vote of 404-24 it passed the House. It goes to the Senate now, as early as tonight or tomorrow. They want the president to sign it on Tuesday, which he said he would.

Does this mean that if the Post Office is down that I have 90 days grace before the mortgage company can start forclosure on my house because I haven't been able to get the payment to them for a couple of months?? Thought not.
