Could you email me with info on your OS & browser version? We've had a total of ~3 reports so far of people not being able to enter, haven't figured out what the common thread is. How are you trying to transmit your file?

If you have to ftp it go to http://www.ipswitch.com and download ws_ftp pro. this is the finest ftp program I have yet come across.
