Is there a page wich list the scores already submitted ? How the hell can they already have recordings when we were supposed to start recording after midnight on 1st of July ? And please be aware that the tg settings for pacman is 5 lives one extra at 10000. If you dont believe me,check their site, Rick Fothergill used those settings in the New hampshire tournament.

Replying to my own post, eh? First, yes, just log in to MARP, and the top left will say Tournament. Click there to put MARP in tourney mode, where you can see leaders, submit, and see submitted games so far. To the pacman TG settings, according to TG's site, exact address for updated settings at http://www.twingalaxies.com/Arcadediffcultysettings.html says 3 with extra at 10k.

Stig: The reason a bunch of recordings were uploaded what you think was early was because the tournament started at midnight at the GREENWICH time zone - which is 8pm Eastern Daylight Time. There is a tradeoff however. The deadline is also at midnight GREENWICH time zone, which means my deadline is 8pm.

I hope I was clear in answering that question.

Chris is correct. The TG settings for Pac-Man is 3 men + 1 extra at 10,000. These WILL BE the settings if we decide to expand to 12 games and Pac-Man w/ Speed up cheat gets included.

Also, I was there at the NH tournament and 3+1 pacmen were used... Not like they needed any help, since everyone playing it was trying for a perfect game (get all possible pts with 1 pac-man).

Again answering my own post. Pete, question, is there a bonus you get for finishing the game on your 1st life? Just wondering... GB, you asked the Discs of Tron question to me, that is why I answered.

"Where is everyone?" geez, it hasn't even been 24 hours yet. Give everyone some time, as it seems we'll all have plenty of time to play in the tourney. I didn't have any time to touch MAME at all last night, but there's no rush to submit anything... and I do think that uploading whenever you get a higher score on a game is a good idea, instead of just waiting for weeks and weeks to see what the highest score you can get is.

Just give us some time, I assume that most of the MARP'ers have jobs and stuff, meaning they DON'T have the summer off...

I most certainly don't have the summer off, dear BBH. I put in around 60 hrs a week, man

I forgot to put the 'tournament' link on the banner frame which you see when you're not logged in. I'll do that very soon.

And that link to the TG settings page that Chris P. put up was a little wrong. I've put the correct link up in the tournament banner frame, along with a link to his ROMs page.

Chris.

Won't be back at a computer until Monday (maybe later) but I'll get started then :)
