Making a list and checking it twice...

greenspun.com : LUSENET : MAME Action Replay : One Thread

Uh, gameboy, you better check where you've got Tempest sitting in the standings right now. I say this because (according to original voting rules)it should be a 4-point game at this time. I've selected it as a 2-vote count and on June 29 both Aqua and BeeJay have selected Tempest as one of their 5 picks.

And I hate to spoil the party once again, but...I believe that Us vs. Them is a broken game. It is only in a partially working state at this time. Yes, it's a bit better than it had been in previous betas, but still broken and incomplete nonetheless.

JoustGod, I hate to disagree with you, but I must. First of all, the voting points only count for votes, NOT for tiebreak. So, Tempest is 2pts, in the midst of the tie-break area, and has received some tiebreak votes. Us vs. Them is NOT broke, as the emulation works fine. The only sidebar to the game is the background graphics, which you do NOT have to interact with, isn't there, do to they were loaded into the machine from an optical disc, and nobody has stepped forward with a copy of the optical disc for all to use. You can fire, shoot, kill, etc. perfectly fine, making it a valid game.
