Since you are collecting and reporting on the various electric utilities that are announcing readiness, I wonder if you couldn't also include a "tally" sheet with each new posting on this matter? In other words, if it's a US nuclear plant, just note something to the effect that 4 of 103 nuclear now report ready. Or something to that effect. It is enlightening to see any new report of readiness, but it is also important to have the score card as well. Could you do this?

Gordon, I agree, a tally would be very helpful, but I am afraid it takes more time than I have to go the the various utility websites and check their press releases for updates on Y2K readiness. Since the NRC is expected to release the report soon, we should here a tally soon on the nukes. Regards,
