While I restore the dump, it aborts in the middle of the restore flashing the message "[SQL Server] Procedure 'sp_id_control' in procedure buffer 0x292055e is not properly hashed"

1. What is hashing? 2. How to solve this problem?

The usual resources (usenet, SQL Server Books Online, TechNet, and http://search.support.microsoft.com) are silent on this error. I therefore suspect that this is an internal SQL Server bug. If it is a big problem, I suggest calling in a Priority Support Service call.
