Minolta has a new camera, Dimage RD3000, that is supposed to be ready for delivery in July. However, I can not find any pricing info on it. Anyone out there know how much this camera is going to go for?

Sorry for the slow response: Still playing post-vacation catch-up! - I don't think Minolta has set pricing on the RD3000 yet. My guess is it will be available a bit later in the summer. Price is an open question though: The digital SLR market has been thrown for a bit of a loop by the recent announcement of the Nikon D1 for ~$5,800. I would expect the RD3000 to be a bit less than that, but that's just guessing on my part. It'll certainly be priced a lot higher than the $1,000 high-end prosumer digicams currently out t
